Antoine de Carbonnel

Chief Commercial Officer Gojek

Antoine joined Gojek in 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer, and is responsible for overseeing merchant and monetization strategies across products. He focuses on strengthening existing product strategies and partnerships, developing promotions and Gojek’s adtech platform as well as new product creation. With his diverse, global background in consulting and private equity, Antoine also continues to provide strategic guidance to Gojek’s management team. 

 

Prior to joining Gojek, Antoine was Managing Director of Kartuku, an Indonesian fintech company that was acquired by Gojek in 2017. He also held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at the company from 2011 to 2016. Before Kartuku, he worked at Ancora Capital, a leading Indonesian private equity firm, as well as McKinsey & Company, the top consulting firm in the world. 

 

Antoine holds an MBA (with Honors) from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and a degree in BA Engineering and Business (with High Honors) from the Universite Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
